System Design Engineering - University of Waterloo
Hi there! I am a student at the University of Waterloo studying System Design Engineering. As an engineering student, I am excited to be learning a diverse variety of skills, from software development to solution architecture. My ultimate goal is to be developing solutions for problems that stretch beyond the scope of a traditional engineer and to help make the world a better place. I want to work with issues such as poverty, food security and public healthcare - but with a systematic and technical perspective. I love to meet new people and explore new things, so feel free to get in touch!
This was a final project for a lab course I took in my first year of Engineering at Waterloo. It uses an FPGA board to control the frequency of two speakers by simply sending a binary signal at controlled oscillations. Here's the demo video!
Submission at the Next36 Wearable Hackathon. MyoPhysio is a physiotherapy tool for patients to use at home to gain better feedback of recovery exercises. Was part of the first round of public developers on Thalmic Lab's Myo.
Talk Light is an experiment to analyze a room's lighting. The project uses technology like Arduion, Flask, MongoDB and Backbone.Github
Play On Time is a metronome application that has been developed for Sony Smartwatch. It uses the built in vibrator to generate timed pulses.Github
